Emma Dalen, MSN, FNP-C

Emma Marie Dalen, MSN, FNP-C, ADS, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to integrative and holistic health care. She emphasizes whole-person wellness, focusing on lifestyle changes that support the mind and body—not just symptom management or medications.

Emma began her caregiving journey as a teenager, caring for her grandmother in her final years. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University in 2015 and worked as a registered nurse in rural West Virginia. During this time, she also coordinated a Vivitrol program for two years and served as a forensic nurse for three years, supporting victims of sexual and domestic abuse.

In 2021, Emma earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and has since worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a family practice clinic. Emma has experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, high ACE scores, ADHD, eating disorders, trauma, life stress, sexual and physical assault, and the complex relationship between emotional well-being and physical health. Her work is grounded in the belief that the psyche influences every body system and that healing must address both mind and body.

For four years, Emma has been a NADA Acudetox Specialist, integrating auricular acupuncture as a supportive treatment for trauma, addiction, and emotional balance.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys gardening, cooking, and outdoor adventures like hiking and camping with her husband and dog. When she wants to relax, you’ll find her curled up binging a good book.
